DATA DELETION REQUEST

At VOID, we prioritize your privacy and provide simple ways to manage your account and data.

HOW TO DELETE

1. IN-APP DELETION

Navigate to: Stats Screen → Account Management → [ DELETE ACCOUNT ]

This will permanently remove your Firestore document, XP progress, and authentication profile.

2. EMAIL REQUEST

If you no longer have the app installed, please contact us:

DATA TO BE REMOVED

Personal Info: Name, Email, and Profile Picture.
App Activity: Total XP, Level, and Session History.
Analytics: Heatmap statistics and diagnostic info.

RETENTION POLICY

Basic transaction records for lifetime purchases may be retained for the minimum period required by law for accounting and Google Play Store compliance.
