At VIZO, we believe you should have total control over your digital footprint. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you have two options:
1. Open the VIZO app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll down and tap on "Delete Account".
4. Confirm the action. Your Firestore data, local Isar database, and Authentication profile will be permanently wiped instantly.

Please use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Google Sign-In. We will process your request and wipe all cloud data within 7 business days.
What data will be deleted?
Upon processing your request, we will permanently remove your email address, all saved barcode values, card nicknames, custom styles, and your Premium status record from our Firebase servers.
